Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in managing and resolving incidents. As an Incident Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the incident resolution process.
You will work closely with various teams to ensure that incident management is being carried out efficiently and effectively. This includes evaluating existing processes and procedures, providing implementable advice, and supporting the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in ITIL incident management administration. You will also need to possess broad knowledge of ICT systems and concepts, including Private and Public Cloud, and be ITIL V3 or later qualified.
