Incident Management Expert
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Incident Commander to lead high-performing teams in handling complex incidents from triage to post-incident reviews. The ideal candidate will have intermediate to expert-level incident management experience, strong operational and situational leadership skills, and demonstrable knowledge of incident management best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Establishing clear incident resolution objectives and prioritizing cross-functional incident response team efforts.
- Interpreting key data points and facilitating incident resolution efforts with Subject Matter Experts.
- Managing technical and business risks while staying across remediation progress.
- Documenting key decisions, milestones, and setbacks in regular status updates and producing executive summaries as required.
- Ensuring seamless handover of critical issues to other regions within a 7x24 global team structure.
- Minimum 3-5 years of incident management experience, depending on operation scale.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience in Cloud/SaaS environments highly regarded.
