We have an exciting opportunity for a Research Insights Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing research projects, ensuring best practices in methodology and insight generation. They will work closely with our senior team members to implement an annual calendar of research projects that address business information needs.

Key responsibilities include tracking and reporting on client experience metrics, designing and delivering proprietary research, and providing project management support for market research projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client experience tracking and reporting
  • Support ad hoc and planned research initiatives
  • Provide project management and quality assurance for market research projects
  • Analyse customer data using data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Making data-driven recommendations through behaviour analysis
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interpret and present complex data insights.

Familiarity with data mining and segmentation techniques is also essential.
