We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to join our team and drive high-growth in the AU region. As a key member of our organization, you will build and lead a team of Account Executives focused on delivering exceptional results.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing sales team and contribute to our company's success. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute a strategy that drives revenue growth and meets customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Account Executives who consistently deliver high levels of performance.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant sales experience, including people management and leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving high-growth and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Able to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Familiarity with sales strategies and tactics, including forecasting and pipeline management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally.
- Knowledge of industry trends and developments, with a willingness to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and innovations.
