Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive sales growth and strategic partnerships across Australia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in consumer goods, with excellent leadership abilities and high-level communication skills.

The National Business Manager will be responsible for building and executing sales strategies, negotiating commercial agreements, and leading partner relationships to drive win-win outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering annual joint business plans with top customers
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with retailers
  • Leading the development and implementation of channel strategies to optimise retail opportunities and Dyson profitability
  • Effectively managing promotional spend budgets to deliver maximum return on investment

The successful candidate will possess strong commercial experience, methodical business planning capabilities, and excellent leadership skills. They will also have high-level experience of customer negotiations and dealings, as well as evidence of budget control and financial expertise.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Solid management experience with sales leadership and cross-functional/general management expertise
  • Commercial experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a premium brand

  • High-level experience of customer negotiations and dealings
  • Evidence of budget control and financial expertise
  • Degree qualification in a related field
