Customer Experience Team Lead

We're looking for an experienced Customer Experience Team Lead to join our Fresh Convenience team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Fresh Convenience Team Manager to lead, coach and support the team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction targets. You'll be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the shopping experience for our customers and develop strategies to improve product offerings and services.

As a Customer Experience Team Lead, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including buying, operations and marketing, to drive business results and implement changes that impact the bottom line. You'll also play a key role in developing and implementing training programs to upskill the team and ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding customer service.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement. You'll also need to be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges and think creatively.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a proven track record of success in a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Fresh Convenience team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction targets
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the shopping experience for customers
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results and implement changes
  • Develop and implement training programs to upskill the team
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or food industry
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results
  • Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
