Maintenance Role Opportunity

As a Maintenance Officer, you will be part of our close-knit community at Peninsula Gardens. This is a permanent part-time position working Monday-Wednesday 9am-4.30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to various maintenance requests (e.g painting, replacing lightbulbs or hanging pictures etc.)
  • Carry out any preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules
  • Be a friendly face to the residents and work alongside a fantastic team
Requirements and Expectations:
  • Experience in General Maintenance roles or 'Handyperson' skills (e.g fixing or repairing tasks around the house)
  • A warm & caring personality with an interest in making a difference every day
  • Valid driver's licence (required)
  • Current Police Check certificate (required, but if you do not have one, we can complete for you)
  • Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required)
