We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Personal Carers. As a Personal Carer, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others by providing care and support to clients living in the community.
Your primary focus will be on supporting your clients' independence and improving their quality of life. This may involve spending time with them in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing.
You will also provide care in accordance with each client's individualized care plan, which outlines their specific needs and goals. Additionally, you will transport clients to appointments and assist with community-based recreational and social activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About The RoleThis is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience. However, it does require certain qualifications and skills, including a Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification.
You will also need to have a current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) and a roadworthy vehicle to use for work.
Familiarity with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops, is also essential. We expect all applicants to be able to meet the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and service, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
