Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Specialist to join our Community Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to clients living in their homes, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support qualification, experience working with technology, and a valid Australian Driver's Licence. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care services to clients in their homes, including showering, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
  • Supporting clients with mobility issues, including transporting them to appointments and assisting with shopping.
  • Implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support qualification.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Experience working with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
