Neighbourhood Support Specialist

This role is pivotal in ensuring business operations are running efficiently and our clients receive an exceptional experience. As a Neighbourhood Support Specialist, you will play a key part in the team's success.

  • You will be responsible for coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood.
  • Your primary contact method will be via phone, email, and in person.
  • You will manage requests, concerns, and inquiries from various stakeholders.
  • Key to your role is rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood.
  • You will create correspondence and documentation as required.
  • You will be responsible for efficiently organising appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.
  • You will monitor, order, and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipment.
  • You will ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases.
  • You will have intermediate to advanced skills in mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
  • You will assist senior staff with special projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in rostering/scheduling is highly regarded.
  • You must have excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload.
  • A good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications is essential.
  • You should be confident with smartphone and digital devices or willing to learn.
  • You will need to demonstrate excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise workloads with a can-do attitude.
