About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll work collaboratively to ensure the day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks around the village are completed efficiently and effectively.

You'll have the opportunity to connect with residents, build positive relationships, and contribute to a vibrant community.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to various maintenance requests, including painting, replacing lightbulbs, and hanging pictures
  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules
  • Be a friendly face to the residents and work alongside a fantastic team

Requirements
  • Experience in General Maintenance roles or 'Handyperson' skills
  • A warm & caring personality with an interest in making a difference every day
  • A valid driver's licence (required)
  • A current Police Check certificate (required)
  • Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required)
