Job Title: Senior Technical Expert

Role Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role as a senior technical expert, where you will bring your expertise to drive the implementation of our products. As a key member of the Customer Excellence Group, you will work closely with our customers to help them achieve their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance that accelerates their success.

About the Role

The Customer Excellence Group at ServiceNow works closely with our customers to provide guidance on how to achieve their goals using our platform. As part of this team, you will work with our customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction, ultimately helping our customers grow their business on our platform.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery, including presenting technical and business concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Configure Applications, Workflows, and UI, utilizing excellent communication skills to work in culturally diverse, matrixed project teams.
  • Identify customer use cases, requirements, and other relevant inputs for the overall success of the deployment.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for best practices, service offerings, and implementation methodology to the global team in customer outcomes and product development.
  • Guide and mentor colleagues, customers, and delivery partners in configuration best practices for ITOM / ITAM / SPM and ITSM application suites.
Key Qualifications
  • A strong technical understanding of Infrastructure and Operations Management, coupled with demonstrated experience in influencing and consulting.
  • Experience and certification in at least 3 of the following Product areas: ServiceNow Administration, IT Service Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Provisioning and Governance.
  • Expertise in ITIL / CMDB implementations, ITSM Processes, Software Asset Management processes, Infrastructure knowledge of current Compute, Network, and Storage platforms, Windows Domain and Unix System Administration, and Integration expertise with standard methodologies like SOAP and REST.
