Job Title: Training & Development Officer

At CoreStaff, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training & Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the training and development of our employees.

About the Role:

The Training & Development Officer will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinating and administering training schedules and records.
  • Conducting training needs analysis and creating training sessions to meet organizational requirements.
  • Creating and maintaining training materials, including course notes, handouts, and presentations.
  • Tracking and monitoring training progress and results.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in training and development, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Strong computer skills and data interpretation abilities.
  • Ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of administrative and organizational skills.
  • Formal qualifications in training and development, such as a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training.
