Job Title: Training and Development Officer

About the Role:
  • Support the development of training programs and materials to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training sessions on various topics.
  • Coordinate training schedules and ensure timely delivery of training programs.
  • Monitor and track employee training records and provide feedback to improve training effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers to source high-quality training solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Formal qualifications in training and development, such as a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training, are highly desirable.
