About the Role

CoreStaff is seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the training and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Administration: Prepare, review, and administer internal and external competency training packages, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct technical training programs for personnel, including Training Needs Analysis, Refresher Training, and New Training, to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Training Coordination: Develop and coordinate training schedules, track training needs, and monitor training records to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Training Resources: Create training sessions, develop training syllabus, course notes, handouts, presentations, and guidance material, and coordinate resources to support training delivery.
  • Training Evaluation: Track and monitor training results, issue training certificates, and maintain accurate training records.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous relevant experience in a training role, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Skills: Proficient computer skills, data interpretation, and administrative and organizational skills.
  • Qualifications: Formal qualifications in training, such as Cert IV Workplace Assessment & Training, are desirable.
  • Aviation Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of the aviation industry is preferred.
