Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to oversee and manage our projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and sales teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate project data, including problem-solving and tracking progress.
  • Negotiating job buy-outs and creating submittals.
  • Producing quotations and performing material take-offs.
Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of project management experience.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Ability to teach others and provide training.
  • Team-first attitude and excellent math skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Blue Beam, and Excel.
