About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the position of General Manager Hospital Services. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of our healthcare services across the region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage hospital operations, including workforce planning, budget management, and project coordination
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Foster a culture of shared accountability and performance across hospital operations
- Drive service improvement and development, workforce welfare, and responsive support
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in healthcare management, with experience in leadership and management positions. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
What We Offer:
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
