Inclusive Leadership Director

The role of Facilitator Director presents an exceptional chance to contribute to the advancement of Disability Inclusion reform in Victoria.
This leadership position entails overseeing the recruitment, training, and quality assurance of the facilitator team while collaborating with the Victorian Government Department of Education to ensure successful implementation of reform objectives.
About You- A postgraduate qualification in education, preferably specializing in inclusion or specialist education, is essential for this role.
- No less than 10 years of experience working in/with schools will provide a strong foundation for success.
- A natural leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills is required to drive collaboration and achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong project management abilities and proficiency in developing high-quality written materials are necessary for effective delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of Disability Inclusion reform in Victoria, encompassing its history and context since 2021, is crucial for informing strategic decisions.
