Job Description

Our organization is currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Surface Infrastructure Supervisor. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of infrastructure projects and maintenance works across our operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil contractor works and site support services, as well as experience in leading teams and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders to ensure project commitments are met.

This is a family-friendly role that offers a mix of days and nights, making it suitable for those who value a residential lifestyle in nearby Singleton or the Hunter Valley/Newcastle surrounds.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years' experience in a similar role with civil and mining support services;
  • Cert IV in Frontline Management or similar is desirable;
  • Ability to inspire leadership and positively impact the team;
  • Strong knowledge of civil contractor works and site support services;
  • Commitment to high standards of integrity, safety, and performance.
