Job Title: Road Infrastructure Manager

This role involves leading a team to manage and maintain roads, ensuring they meet safety standards and regulations.

  • Manage resources for infrastructure construction and maintenance works
  • Supervise Council's Road Construction and Maintenance staff
  • Deliver designated works and projects in accordance with specifications
  • Collaborate with other supervisors in the delivery of major capital and maintenance projects
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate IV Civil Construction (Road Construction & Maintenance) or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in civil construction, specifically road construction and maintenance
  • Proven ability to lead, manage and mentor a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
