Job Title: Client Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a first point of contact for people accessing services, responding to enquiries via face-to-face, electronic and telephone means.
  • Work closely with the workforce to address client needs at first contact and provide tailored responses to client enquiries.
  • Support in delivering objectives as aligned with strategic policy directions.

The role requires advanced interpersonal communication skills, sensitivity to diverse client needs, and the ability to demonstrate honesty and integrity in all interactions.
