Client Support Officer Job Description

The Client Support Officer role is a vital part of our service delivery team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide responsive and timely advice and connections to services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Hub Manager and broader Hub workforce in delivering client-focused objectives as aligned with strategic policy directions.
  • Competently and sensitively prioritise tasks to provide optimal service delivery to clients.
  • Exercise advanced interpersonal communication skills in response to diverse presentations of client needs, including sensitivity to changes in behavioural presentation and indicators of risk and aggression.
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or valid work permit or visa.
  • Working with Children Check required.
  • National police check and misconduct screening.
