Job Title: Case Coordinator

Job Description:

As a case coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to assist experienced personal injury lawyers across WorkCover and Transport Accident Commission (TAC) matters.

You will prepare cases for conference and hearing, including preparation of court documents and general correspondence. Additionally, you will draft briefs and documents, such as claim forms and schedule of damages.

Cultivating strong relationships with clients, colleagues, counsel, and other external stakeholders is also essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior lawyers across WorkCover and TAC matters.
  • Prepare cases for conference and hearing.
  • Draft briefs and documents.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role.
  • Accurate typing skills with intermediate Word & Excel skills.
  • Keen eye for detail in document management and collation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
