This role plays a pivotal part in the school's administrative structure, offering support to students and staff throughout their educational journey.

The Careers/Pathways Support position collaborates closely with Program Leaders & Level Coordinators to facilitate course counselling and curriculum planning for programs related to careers and pathways (Years 9-12).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing assistance to students with VTAC Applications, TAFE Applications, and Apprenticeship Applications.
  • Maintaining current and relevant resources and careers information in the careers office & senior study centre.
  • Liaising with Years 9-12 Program leaders and coordinators to deliver relevant careers and pathways information for our school community.
  • Developing and maintaining an annual college Careers Week to provide students with knowledge and information to make informed and effective pathway choices.

This position demands strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
