As a strategic growth leader, you will:

  • Drive business development across our enterprise education portfolio
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring our solutions align with their goals
  • Lead the charge in winning new business and securing new logos

You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams to execute go-to-market strategies, track performance against sales targets, and report on emerging market trends.

This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise software sales and education technology markets. You must have a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, multi-stakeholder environments, and long-term account planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • New business development: Identify, target, and secure high-value opportunities within the education sector
  • Lead and close complex deals, including multi-year contracts and cross-portfolio solution sales
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through direct outreach, networking, industry events, and targeted campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to execute go-to-market strategies
  • Track and report performance against sales targets, pipeline health, and emerging market trends

  • A deep understanding of enterprise software sales and education technology markets
  • A proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, multi-stakeholder environments, and long-term account planning
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, influencing skills, and ability to build trusted relationships
