Enterprise Transformation Project Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Identity Access Management (IDAM) and Master Data Management (MDM) platform implementation projects. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with proven experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation projects in IDAM and MDM.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate teams to ensure successful outcomes and timely delivery.
- Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
- Oversee the integration of MDM with HCM, Payroll, Finance, and identity systems.
- Spearhead the integration of Microsoft Entra ID with other identity systems and platforms.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle with effective vendor, risk, and issue management.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation projects in IDAM and MDM.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Informatica MDM, and data lake architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
