Site Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to lead our site operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and supervision of on-site installations and site fitouts.

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong residential building experience, a practical approach, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for undertaking site assessments, overseeing on-site works, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and building standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, a licensed QBCC Low Rise Site Supervisor qualification, and a comfortable level of regional travel.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake site assessments and oversee on-site works, including coordination, compliance, and quality inspections.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and day-to-day site activities as required.
  • Travel regularly, mainly for day trips, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building standards.
  • Report back to the Operations Manager on progress, risks, and site issues.

Requirements

  • Licensed QBCC Low Rise Site Supervisor (essential).
  • Strong residential building background.
  • Comfortable with regular regional travel.
  • Hands-on, practical leadership style.
  • Ability to communicate well with both trades and management.
