About the Position:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at a prominent Northlakes store. You will collaborate with the Store Manager in driving sales, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Coach your team to reach their full potential, offering guidance and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to day-to-day operations such as stock management and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive environment for your team members.
- Prior experience in retail, with leadership or supervisory experience.
- A passion for streetwear and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- A proactive attitude to drive sales and team performance.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
