As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking team, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless banking experience to our customers. You will be responsible for meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals, providing needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.

This role is based mainly in branches and will require you to work collaboratively with a team to deliver a high standard of customer service. You will act as a role model and peer coach to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises and ensuring customers receive a personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.
  • Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  • Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.
