Our team is looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Dispute Resolution Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring fair, effective, and timely resolution of complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements. This includes managing insurance complaints, providing customer service, and undertaking investigations and analysis of complex issues.
This key position involves:
- Managing technical claims experience and providing high-standard customer service.
- Undertaking detailed investigations and analysis of complaints and complex issues.
- Lodging submissions and representing the organization in conciliation hearings.
- Maintaining accurate information in registers and databases.
- Preparing responses on behalf of senior executives.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with internal staff and external third parties.
To be successful in this role, you will require demonstrated experience in superannuation or insurance, proven experience in assessments, dispute resolution, and complex complaint management. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, well-developed investigation and analytical skills, and the ability to work diligently and efficiently under pressure.
