About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Motor Assessor to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd. As a Motor Assessor, you will play a critical role in assessing motor vehicle damage and providing customers with prompt and fair resolutions to their complaints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of motor vehicles to determine repair costs or total loss
  • Provide customers with clear and concise information about their vehicle's condition and the assessment process
  • Work closely with repairers to ensure that vehicles are repaired to a high standard and that customers are satisfied with the outcome
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the motor assessing function
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that customers receive a seamless and high-quality service

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques and experience in assessing vehicle damage. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
