About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Motor Assessor to join our team at Allianz Popular SL. As a Motor Assessor, you will play a critical role in assessing motor vehicle damage and providing customers with prompt and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of motor vehicles to determine repair costs and total loss values.
  • Provide customers with clear and concise information about their vehicle's condition and the necessary repairs.
  • Work closely with repairers to ensure that vehicles are repaired to a high standard and that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in motor vehicle assessment and repair.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in motor vehicle technology.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A trade qualification in a relevant field, such as panel beating, spray painting, or motor mechanics.Significant post-apprenticeship experience in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
