About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Motor Assessor to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd. As a Motor Assessor, you will play a critical role in assessing motor vehicle damage and providing customers with prompt and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of motor vehicles to determine repair costs or total loss
  • Provide customers with clear and concise information about their vehicle's condition and the necessary repairs
  • Work closely with repairers to ensure that vehicles are repaired to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Identify and report any potential issues or concerns related to vehicle safety or repair
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues

Requirements

  • Trade qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Panel Beater, Spray Painter, Motor Mechanic)
  • Significant post-apprenticeship experience in motor vehicle repair or assessment
  • Strong understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
