About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Motor Assessor to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd. As a Motor Assessor, you will play a critical role in assessing motor vehicle damage and providing customers with prompt and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of motor vehicles to determine repair costs or total loss
- Provide customers with clear and concise information regarding their vehicle's condition and the necessary repairs
- Collaborate with repairers to ensure that vehicles are repaired to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Contribute to the development and implementation of processes to improve customer satisfaction and repairer performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in motor vehicle assessment and repair
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a trade qualification and significant post-apprenticeship experience as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter, or Motor Mechanic. You will also have a strong understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques and experience quoting damaged vehicles.
