We are seeking a Junior ICT Support – Applications Analyst to join our team at Ravenswood. Reporting to the ICT Operations Manager, you will be part of the ICT Helpdesk team, providing support to staff and students.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the School's Information Management System (training provided), managing data from various sources, developing and supporting online forms and workflows, and assisting with other platforms. While a technical background is advantageous, we are particularly looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and a willingness to learn.

To be successful in securing this position, you have:

  • Willingness to support the Guiding Principles of the School
  • A strong customer-focused approach to support
  • Working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite
  • A good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Query
  • Experience working with SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Commitment to working as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a busy workload with accuracy and efficiency
  • Committed to a culture of continuous growth and knowledge
  • Recent experience in a K-12 educational environment
  • Synergetic experience
  • Working knowledge of Nintex Forms and Workflows
  • Experience using SharePoint Online
  • Foundational knowledge using Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate
