Job Title: Performance And Reward Consultant

As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance on performance, remuneration, and benefits, while developing tailored solutions that meet business needs.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering cyclical reward programs, leading total reward-related projects, and collaborating with the HR team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in remuneration, performance, and benefits practices across mid-size corporate organizations. Financial Services or Professional Services experience is desirable.
  • Solid understanding of remuneration policy and processes, including benchmarking, job evaluation, salary setting, and management of incentive plans.
  • Previous experience assisting with or leading the annual performance and remuneration cycle, covering the annual salary review process and annual variable remuneration processes.
  • Previous experience developing and supporting policies and processes underpinning a contemporary corporate remuneration and benefits framework.
  • Experience with salary surveys and job evaluation methods, preferably Hay.
  • Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and sound analytical skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and a process improvement mindset.
