Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities
  • Manage employee and resident experiences
  • Coordinate rostering and payroll support
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the face of our care home
  • Ensure efficient administration processes for residents
  • Deliver warm and welcoming introductions to prospective residents and their families

The Ideal Candidate

  • Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a similar admin/customer service role
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills
  • Highly developed organisation and time management skills
