About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator to partner with our leadership team. As the Customer Service Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the success of our care home operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities
- Manage employee and resident experiences
- Coordinate rostering and payroll support
- Provide exceptional customer service as the face of our care home
- Ensure efficient administration processes for residents
- Deliver warm and welcoming introductions to prospective residents and their families
The Ideal Candidate
- Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a similar admin/customer service role
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills
- Highly developed organisation and time management skills
