We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Business Operations Specialist. This role will play a key part in delivering the day-to-day administrative and operational support for our Business Registry Delivery (BRD) team. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient support to the BRD team on administrative and operational tasks.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including shortlisting, interviews, and liaison with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Manage shared inboxes, respond to enquiries, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Liaise with the Registry Reporting team to access and interpret data.
  • Maintain accurate work-on-hand counts, take meeting minutes, and manage action registers.
  • Support coaching roster management and use digital tools to streamline operations.
  • Contribute to engagement activities and internal communications.
Requirements:
  • Experience providing administrative and business support services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service or internal stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
