About the PositionAs the Administrator/Finance Officer, you will support the Managing Director and the existing Administration team with day-to-day administrative and finance tasks. You will be responsible for general admin duties along with Junior Finance roles such as accounts payable, end of month data entry, employee pay files, data entry, petty cash management and general data entry across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative tasks including data entry, filing and record-keeping
- Junior finance roles including accounts payable, end of month data entry and petty cash management
- Supporting the Managing Director and existing Administration team with day-to-day tasks
- Administrative or Finance experience
- Exceptional English language skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal)
- Professionally presented
- Strong telephone skills/call centre work style
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Resilient and persistent nature
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve key performance indicators and targets
- Mathematical Expertise-experience performing mathematical calculations to prepare quotes
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Current Victorian drivers licence
