Job Title: Visitor Experience Leader

  • Manage visitor services, volunteering, and stakeholder communications">
  • Coordinate filming and event management approvals">
  • Ensure quality, integrity, and accuracy of advice provided in relation to visitor services delivery">

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in visitor experience strategy and service delivery">
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence">
  • Ability to work after hours, including weekends, as required">
  • Proven problem-solving and leadership skills">
