  • Preparing tenders and proposals and providing mentoring skills are highly valued.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrated capability in mechanical design, including preparation of design reports, design drawings, and specifications, ideally within the dam industry.
  • A positive attitude towards challenges as opportunities to innovate, collaborate, and grow is vital.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for success.
  • Nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and local industry partners is crucial.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is essential.
