Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to clinicians and team members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional reception services, being the first point of contact for clients and families.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring accurate data entry and appointment management.
  • Providing high-quality administrative support, including correspondence, reports, and database management.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Supporting finance and resource processes through invoice preparation, ordering supplies, and tracking expenditure.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven administrative experience with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and handle sensitive, confidential information.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • A collaborative and professional approach, contributing to a positive workplace culture while showing empathy and understanding towards clients and families.
