About The RoleYou will work closely with clients as they plan their next career steps, providing support to find the right job along the way. This includes building strong relationships to understand each client's goals, strengths, and support needs, and connecting participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities.
- Provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
- Collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.
- Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work)
- Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
