Facilitated coaching is a one-to-one service that empowers carers to increase their individual agency, enabling them to find practical, small steps towards self-identified goals.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitating one-on-one and group facilitation coaching to carers, creating an environment they'll find welcoming, real and empowering
  • Building positive relationships with carers based on our values, engaging professionally and positively with key stakeholders
  • Community engagement, networking and establishing referral pathways
  • Working autonomously while being a supportive and flexible team member
About You
  • You have a minimum Diploma in Coaching, Counselling, Community Services or a related field
  • Previous experience with group development and facilitation is advantageous
  • You have the right to work within Australia
  • You hold a current valid Driver's Licence and are able to undertake some travel
  • You've completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (free online course)
  • You've undergone a Satisfactory National Police Records Check
  • You've obtained an NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • You've completed a Working with Children's Check (Employee/Paid)
