Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year

NICE is a dynamic and ambitious organization that challenges our limits. As a Senior Project Director, you will play a critical role in enabling our customers to achieve value from their NICE solutions through effective project management.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing geographically diverse teams, developing project plans, and ensuring strong stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business processes and goals to ensure NICE solutions meet their requirements.
  • Manage external customer projects or programs for customized implementation, upgrade, or enhancement of NICE enterprise solutions.
  • End-to-end management of projects or programs, including project definition, estimation, planning, scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, human resource management, communications management, risk and issue management, procurement/subcontractor management, revenue forecasting, customer and NICE stakeholder management, and adoption of NICE project management methodology.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of program management experience.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Experience delivering services to external customers (consulting or software vendor) would be a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
