Job Title: Senior IT Project Director

Perigon Group is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead their upcoming project.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to take on a leadership role in our Sydney CBD office.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering large-scale IT projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT leadership.
  2. Resource Allocation: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget estimates, and risk assessments.
  3. Communication: Establish clear communication channels and reporting structures for the project team and stakeholders.
  4. Team Management: Manage project resources, including internal IT staff, external vendors, and consultants.
  5. Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against the plan, identifying and addressing any deviations or roadblocks.
  6. Risk Management: Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and ETL processes is a plus.
