About Apex Radiology

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to assist our marketing department in delivering exceptional radiology services to referrers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the referrer hotline, booking patients for referrers, maintaining referrer systems and databases, and supporting the Radiologist coordinator with completion of Radiologist rosters and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the referrer hotline
  • Assist with booking patients for referrers
  • Maintain referrer systems and databases
  • Support the Radiologist coordinator with completion of Radiologist rosters and workflows

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • 2 years' experience within the Radiology industry
  • Reception and bookings skills is an advantage
  • Medicare experience desirable
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work both autonomously and part of a team
  • Ability to add value through a continuous improvement mindset
  • Proven high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
