Your Role
We are seeking a motivated Operational Care Specialist who will collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to coordinate and authorize value-added services (VAS) for our clientele.
Your Responsibilities
- Organizing transportation in alignment with customer commitments while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinating with clients regarding specific pick-up and drop-off locations and timings.
- Facilitating the necessary permits and documentation for customs clearance.
- Arranging additional VAS such as fumigation, stuffing, certificates of origin, etc.
- Managing all communications with vendors, excluding carriers.
- Updating system statuses and uploading relevant documents pertaining to Kuehne + Nagel services.
- Handling approvals related to Dangerous Goods.
