Job Description

At Kuehne + Nagel, we strive to shape the world of logistics with innovative and sustainable solutions. We are seeking a driven Operational Care Specialist to work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to arrange and approve value-added services for our customers.

Your Role
We are looking for a skilled professional to coordinate with customers on specific pick-up and drop-off locations and times. You will be responsible for organizing transport based on customer promises and lowest costs, facilitating permits and documents for customs, and arranging other value-added services such as fumigation and stuffing.

Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with customers on pick-up and drop-off locations and times.

  • Arrange other value-added services such as fumigation and stuffing.
  • Perform communication with vendors, excluding carriers.
  • Update systems status and upload documents relating to KN services.
  • Attend to Dangerous Goods approvals.
