Job Title: Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist, Value Added Services

Your Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to arrange and approve value added services (VAS) for our customers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Organize transportation based on customer promises and lowest costs.
  • Coordinate with customers on specific pick-up/drop-off locations and times.
  • Facilitate permits and documents for customs.
  • Arrange other VAS such as fumigation, stuffing, certificate of origin, etc.
  • Perform all communication with vendors, excluding carriers.
  • Update systems status and upload documents related to KN services.
  • Attend to Dangerous Goods approvals.
